CX Talks isn't a traditional conference, but rather a one day intimate peer-to-peer gathering where we can learn from each other and share ideas to improve customer experiences. CX Talks brings together industry pioneers to share success stories, strategy tips, and best practices to help you and your brand stand out above the crowd. 

CX Talks is designed as a one-day regional, high-value alternative to traditional conferences. No need for expensive travel or taking multiple days off work. Our goal is to provide a forum for locals to meet other professionals from different industries and CX/UX disciplines.

This year we will feature 16 CX Talks speakers giving 15 minute presentations, 3 Keynote speakers going deeper with 35 minutes presentations, and a longer panel of CX leaders. Join the interactive lunch discussions with table topics moderated by CXPA members. We've even figured out how to provide even more time for networking and interaction, with 7 full hours of programming and 6 hours of networking. 

Our theme this year is "Breakthrough CX Ideas You Can Use."  We'll hear from 20+ speakers and panelists sharing breakthrough ideas you can put to work in key areas including:
